General

What does AirBridge USA do?

We're a freight forwarder handling air, ocean, trucking, and warehouse/3PL services for U.S. importers and exporters, coordinating every leg of a shipment under one team instead of separate vendors.

Where are your offices located?

New York (headquarters, near JFK), Chicago (near ORD), and Los Angeles (near LAX). See our Network page for full addresses and contact details.

How long has AirBridge USA been in business?

We were founded in Jamaica, Queens in 2011 and have operated as a three-hub network across New York, Chicago, and Los Angeles since.

Quotes & booking

How do I get a quote?

Send shipment details (origin, destination, cargo type, weight or volume, and target ship date) through our contact form, or call the office nearest your cargo. We typically respond within one business day.

What information do you need to quote a shipment?

Origin and destination, a cargo description, weight and dimensions (or container type for ocean freight), and your target ship date. The more detail you provide, the faster we can turn around a rate.

Do you work with first-time or smaller shippers?

Yes. We quote shipments of any size, from a single pallet to a full container, and walk first-time shippers through documentation requirements.

Shipping & transit

What's the difference between FCL and LCL?

FCL (full container load) books an entire container for your cargo. LCL (less-than-container load) consolidates your freight with other shippers' cargo in a shared container, which is more economical for smaller volumes.

Can you handle special or oversized cargo?

Yes, across air, ocean, and trucking. We handle oversized, hazardous, and temperature-controlled cargo; let us know the specifics when you request a quote so we can route it correctly.

Do you offer storage if I'm not ready to receive my goods?

Yes. Our JFK, ORD, and LAX facilities offer short and long-term storage, along with cargo build-up, break-down, and transloading services.

How do I track my shipment?

Your assigned coordinator is your direct point of contact for status updates. Reach out to them, or call the office handling your shipment, for the latest tracking information.

Documentation & customs

Do you handle customs documentation?

Yes, our team supports documentation and customs paperwork in-house as part of our air and ocean forwarding services.

What if my shipment involves multiple countries in transit?

We offer re-forwarding and triangle trade routings for shipments that move through more than one country before reaching their final destination.

Still have a question?

Send it our way and we'll get back to you, usually within one business day.
